We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, our return process is simple.
Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons — for example, innerwear, opened cosmetics, and perishable goods. Product pages indicate if an item is non-returnable.
Go to My Orders, select the item, and choose Request Return. Our team or the seller will review your request and arrange pickup or drop-off.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method, or to your bKash/Nagad account for Cash on Delivery orders.
