Browse or search for a product, open it, choose any options, and click Add to Cart. When you're ready, open your cart, click Checkout, enter your delivery address, and confirm.
Do I need an account to order?
You can browse freely, but you'll need an account to place and track an order. Creating one takes less than a minute.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, debit/credit cards (via SSLCOMMERZ), and Cash on Delivery (COD) in most areas.
Is online payment safe?
Yes. All card and mobile-wallet payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways. We never store your full card details.
How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days. Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days. Times may vary during peak seasons and sales.
How much is the delivery charge?
Delivery charges depend on your location and the seller. Orders over ৳999 qualify for free shipping.
What is your return policy?
Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy.
How long do refunds take?
Once a return is approved and received, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method or bKash/Nagad.
How do I become a seller?
Click Become a Seller in the top menu and complete the form. Our team reviews new vendors before approval.
